Our Heritage
North East Youth for Christ (formerly Tyneside Youth for Christ) has worked across the region since 1967, with a vision to see every young person reached with the Good News of Jesus
We have a rich heritage of work in schools, running mentoring programmes, lessons, sports and much more.
We have collaborated with local churches to reach and engage young people through detached youth work and after-school activities.
We are known for events like IXth Hour and Harvest Youth Camp.
We are now hosting our ID Youth Nights, bringing young people from across the region together. We are making space for God to move and see young people live out their God-given identity and purpose.
